John did an amazing job with the carpet cleaning. Very efficient, came on time, and made the process understanding. He was very professional and represented the company great. I will definitely book again, and sincerely appreciate his effort!

I have no adequate words to express the genuine care, respect and professionalism I received from John and Bluegrass Chem-dry. He arrived on time, explained the procedure, not just to clean my carpets but the process for allergen care to best avoid asthma flair-ups I will heed his advice and I highly-highly recommend this company! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I called to schedule an appointment and was scheduled within two days. The technician was very professional and my carpet looked great! I discussed having the carpet taken up as an alternative since I have no idea what could have been in it as I have recently moved here. I was told that the carpet looks good and I should be fine with the cleaning. However, I could still smell the odor a couple days later. After three weeks of calls, the technician finally showed. He tested for moisture, gave me a can of deodorizer, and told me to call back if the odor remains. I called back the next week to schedule an appointment because I could still smell the odor. When I mentioned the moisture meter, I was told that it was used to make sure it was not something that they did, huh?, from three weeks ago?. I had used ChemDry before but wasn’t aware that I had selected a different company this time, shame on me. When I mentioned that the other company came out a couple times to get rid of the odor, I was told that they have been in business for 25 years and they know how to clean carpets. Longevity and good customer service are two separate things. They were also way more expensive than the previous company.

If you are dealing with the struggle of getting rid of the smell of cat urine in carpeting where it doesn’t belong, call chem-dry immediately! My roommate and I have two cats, one of which was dastardly enough to start peeing in a separate room neither of us go into very much. We weren’t sure how long, but we had a sinking suspicion it was long enough to pose a serious problem to our carpeting in the room. We tried every online trick in the book, and although the pee was totally cleared of the room, the smell still lingered. At our wits end, we decided we were willing to pay $135 for the promise of total urine-smell removal. And that’s exactly what we got! Shaun did an amazing job super fast and without any delay. They were able to service us the very next day after calling. I highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of serious carpet cleaning!

John was excellent. Very personable, efficient and he knew what he was doing. Very pleased.
